If you are sick with a fever or respiratory symptoms PLEASE LET THE RECEPTIONISTS KNOW WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT. When you book for ANY appointment our receptionists will ask if you have any of those symptoms. We are not trying to invade the privacy of medical appointments – the information is only used to aid in infection control and to ensure that appropriate advice is given.

We are still mostly seeing patients for medical needs not related to COVID-19. Please limit the number of family and friends coming with each patient for their appointments to decrease the number of people in the waiting room.

You may be asked to wait in your car with a mobile phone before entering the clinic. Please follow the instructions you are given by our receptionists and doctors before entering the clinic.

We are experiencing an unprecedented volume of phone calls currently, please be advised there may be a delay in returning your phone calls.
If you need results, prescriptions or a medical consultation and are in one of the categories covered by Medicare for a Telehealth consultation, the receptionist may book you in for a telephone consultation with your doctor, which may be medicare bulk billed. This will decrease your risk of infection but allow you to access a phone appointment without having to come into the clinic. Please check our separate Telehealth post on eligibility (online booking page)
As per Victorian Government requirements, when attending our clinic in person please wear a face covering throughout your attendance
